For “quieten” echo i use settings drivers sound card and i adjust microphone hardware at 50% and microphone software (Apowersoft virtual microphone) at 50%. With this settings it’s OK but when i close and re-open Apowersoft Screen, my adjustment reset and microphone hardware and software return to 100%.

To find out if there is a problem with the microphone on the iDevice, you need to test each microphone. The location of the microphone varies from device to device, but the method is similar.

There are usually 3 microphones on the iPhone or iPad: Handset / front microphone, rear microphone and bottom microphone.

●Test the bottom microphone of the iPhone/ iPad: please turn on the Voice Memorandum and tap the recording icon. Speak into the microphone and tap the play icon to play the recording. You should be able to hear your voice clearly.

●Test the iPhone/ iPad front microphone: turn on the camera application and record video using the front camera.

●Test the iPhone/ iPad rear microphone: turn on the camera application and record video using the rear camera. When you play a recorded video, you should hear your voice clearly.

If your voice does not sound clear during a phone call, make sure your rear microphone is not blocked or covered.

If the Siri cannot hear you clearly, make sure that the handset and front microphone at the top of the iPhone are not covered or dirty.

NOTE: When testing your microphone, make sure that your iOS device is not connected to a wired or wireless headset or earbuds.
