How do you install games?
There is a problem in Wineskin GPU detection code with High Sierra changes. By default your wrappers may crash or fail to launch. Currently you can work around this by launching Wineskin.app, going to Set Screen Options, and uncheck the Auto Detect GPU for Direct 3D option, and the wrapper. Jan 09, 2017 IMPORTANT NOTE FOR ALL NEWER MAC USERS RUNNING HIGH SIERRA: This WILL NOT work for digital downloads unless you do this between steps 7 and 8: Go to “Set Screen Options”, and uncheck the Auto Detect GPU for Direct 3D” option. Otherwise, these instructions are perfect for those wanting to run the older games on MAC.
That depends highly on which game, and on what platform the game targets, and on what software licensing applies.
For Mac games, You go to the Mac App Store, and you download macOS games from there. Or from Valve Steam, or another service.
If you want to try to get Microsoft Windows games running, then you install, boot, and run Microsoft Windows as a guest, or using Boot Camp.
If you want to try to run Windows apps more directly on macOS, and without Windows installed, and if the game licensing allows this, then you will need to experiment with a translation and emulation layer, and that layer can be Wine, and for assistance with Wine you will want to visit WineHQ, and can involve Wineskin. For support with these apps, these sites will be your best resource.

Wineskin For Mac High Sierra Installer Download
Morse Runner is a Windows-based contest simulator developed by Alex Shovkoplyas, VE3NEA. Using Wineskin, it has been successfully and seamlessly run under OSX, and made available by Detrick Merz, KI4STU for download. Sure, you could use Wineskin to do this yourself, or you can pull the ready-made dmg from here.
After downloading, open the file. Drag Morse Runner to your Applications folder. The application should run successfully without further configuration. Note: it will not curently run from within the dmg file, it will need to be installed locally. Optionally, the MorseRunner.ini
file may be edited to customize some settings. Most (all?) of the settings within this file can also be set within the application itself.
If you wish to edit MorseRunner.ini
, take a look at the OSX Readme
inside the dmg.

Further details about the settings available within the application are documented in the OSX Readme. This file is nearly identical to the original Readme from VE3NEA, other than the OSX-specific installation and uninstallation instructions.
